Taipei cat and mouse shopping scene
Whenever you're walking around Zhong Xiao Fu Xing and Zhong Xiao Dun Hua (Taipei's main shopping district) you're bound to see street side vendors. But they're kinda illegal and there's always a cat and mouse game between the hawkers and the cops. The cops just strolled up and shooed this vendor away. The racks are on wheels so he'll cruise around the block and settle in on a different corner, and maybe change his hat as part of a new disguise.
